		<description>Carlos - unfortunately, I&#039;m not sure there&#039;s anyone you can sue in this case unless you have something in your contract that provides for some sort of action in case of insolvency -- which I&#039;d be surprised if you do.  This is the nature of dealing with the reality of business - both large companies and small.  Good luck, maybe Oracle will provide some support for existing customers...</description>

Also, will appforge pay for the damage caused to any company??? is there any demand over this company action???
